Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999, and since then, we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at music festivals to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people and the B Corp seal of approval.

It’s nice to be able to say things like that, but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re striving to improve in almost every way. That’s where this job comes in.

What you\’ll be doing

A bit about the role

Innocent is evolving from a big little company to a little big company. With growth comes greater responsibility. It’s an exciting time of change, having launched our first factory and new ERP systems in recent years.

We have a great opportunity for someone to become Group Finance Analyst in this exciting business. Ideally, you will be familiar with manufacturing and FMCG companies with a developed compliance framework on a medium to large scale.

This role, reporting to the Reporting and Compliance Lead, is a key finance position. You will support group finance by participating in our monthly protocols, maintaining our treasury platforms, and monitoring our cash flows. This role is crucial in helping innocent operate responsibly and ensuring accurate reporting.

You\’ll have

  • Ambition to explore and grow in a finance career
  • Strong communication skills to set realistic targets and manage expectations
  • A keen eye for detail and a questioning mindset
  • A structured approach to workload, with the ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Tools, or a strong desire to learn
  • Flexibility to shift focus when needed

You\’ll get

  • The opportunity to play a key role in establishing innocent’s compliance framework
  • Chance to collaborate with the business and shareholders on this transformation
  • Opportunities for academic and professional growth

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots to make people feel at home and ensure everyone’s career develops as they wish. There are many opportunities to try new things or advance further.

In return for helping us operate responsibly, you’ll receive a comprehensive rewards package, including a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and other perks like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We recognize that our diverse backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger. At innocent, we aim to be an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. When we hire, we seek all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you unique.

Even if you don’t meet every requirement, if the role sounds right for you, we encourage you to apply. Get your skates on, though, as we might close this early if we receive many applications.
