Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
What you’ll be doing
Within marketing, we’re at the forefront of the delivery of our new products and packaging changes. This role sits in the PMO (portfolio management office) team within the central brand and portfolio team and works closely with the markets to deliver their New Product Development (NPD). You will work totally cross-functionally, with most teams across the business to fulfil our exciting Europe-wide marketing plan.
As an NPD Portfolio Programme Manager, you’ll:
- Join our Central Brand and Portfolio team and take the lead on bringing our 3-year marketing plan to life – from exciting new drinks to fresh packaging ideas and everything in between.
- Play a key role in delivering innovation and renovation projects that help us hit our big goals.
- Keep an eye on feasibility, manage any overlaps or risks, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Be the go-to person for project teams, bringing together people from across the business to shape, create, and deliver great projects.
- Guide your projects to success, tackling challenges head-on and keeping things moving in the right direction.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, sharing clear updates and recommendations to help make the best decisions.
You’ll have
- Experience leading projects or big work packages from start to finish – and seeing them through successfully.
- The ability to juggle lots of moving parts and figure out smart ways to solve problems.
- Great people skills to build strong relationships with your project team and senior stakeholders.
- A knack for pulling together different opinions and info, making clear decisions, and turning them into simple, confident recommendations.
- Leadership and facilitation skills to motivate, support, and guide your team.
- A good understanding of how supply chains tick.
- An eye for detail to create solid project plans, manage dependencies, spot risks, and keep everything on track.
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to tackle tricky challenges together.
You’ll get
- The opportunity to continue developing your project management and people leadership skills, delivering far-reaching change across the business.
- Ongoing variety in your work and delivery teams as you get the chance to work with many different parts of the business.
- A solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and other benefits like a day off on your birthday.
- Free smoothies.
We want innocent to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
