Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
We’re looking for someone to lead innocent’s performance cycle and keep the whole business on track to deliver our yearly plan. You’ll bring together teams across Marketing, GTM, Supply Chain and Finance to understand how we’re performing and what decisions we need to make next. As a key partner to our senior leaders, you’ll help shape the conversations that drive focus, accountability and great in‑year choices. And you’ll lead a brilliant team who keep our service, waste and performance routines running smoothly every month.
You’ll be:
- Running the whole innocent performance cycle — leading the team that delivers our Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and keeping the monthly performance rhythm moving across Marketing, GTM, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Bringing together a wide mix of people (from supply planners to very important, occasionally bored directors) to understand our performance, spot gaps and help the business make smart decisions in‑year.
- Leading a team of three (two direct reports), keeping them motivated, supported and clear on their goals in what can often be a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment.
- Overseeing weekly and monthly processes that track, report and analyse our customer service levels and finished goods waste, and driving corrective actions where needed.
- Leading the monthly process to analyse and allocate waste costs, helping steer the right commercial and operational choices.
- Feeding strong service and waste insights into business cases, innovation projects and portfolio health reviews.
- Connecting up all the processes that track progress against our scorecard and ensuring the right topics and recommendations reach the performance huddle for discussion and decisions.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to solve problems and unlock opportunities as they arise.
- Owning and improving our S&OP and S&OE routines, making sure they happen with quality each month and continuously finding ways to make them better.
You’ll have:
- Experience running FMCG product, sales or supply chain processes, with real depth in at least one of those areas.
- A proven track record of building strong relationships, from peers to senior leaders, and experience line‑managing others.
- Great facilitation skills and confidence managing discussions with cross‑functional groups.
- Clear, flexible communication skills, especially when things are ambiguous or changing.
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with performance data and financials.
- A proactive mindset- spotting issues early and driving recommendations forward.
- The ability to build clear, structured recommendations and communicate them simply.
- Experience leading a team, keeping people engaged, supported and developing.
You’ll get:
- A central role in how innocent tracks performance, makes decisions and delivers its scorecard each year.
- The chance to work closely with senior leaders across Marketing, GTM, Supply Chain and Finance — influencing the conversations that shape our year.
- The opportunity to lead and develop a brilliant team working at the heart of planning and performance.
- A varied role with big scope for impact — from service levels and waste, to decision‑making, to improving our core business routines.
- The satisfaction of helping keep innocent on track, making great choices and delivering our plan in the best possible way.
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
