Responsibilities
- Run the entire innocent performance cycle, leading the team that delivers Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and keeping the monthly performance rhythm moving across Marketing, GTM, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Bring together cross‑functional teams—from supply planners to senior directors—to understand our performance, spot gaps and help the business make smart decisions in‑year.
- Lead and develop a small team (two direct reports) in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, keeping them motivated and focused on their goals.
- Oversee weekly and monthly processes that track, report and analyze customer service levels and finished goods waste, driving corrective actions where required.
- Lead the monthly process to analyze and allocate waste costs, supporting commercial and operational choices.
- Feed strong service and waste insights into business cases, innovation projects and portfolio health reviews.
- Connect all processes that track progress against our scorecard and ensure relevant topics and recommendations reach the performance huddle.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to solve problems and unlock opportunities.
- Own and continuously improve our S&OP and S&OE routines, ensuring quality execution each month.
Qualifications
- Experience running FMCG product, sales or supply‑chain processes with depth in at least one area.
- A proven track record of building strong relationships from peers to senior leaders, and experience line‑managing others.
- Excellent facilitation skills and confidence leading discussions with cross‑functional groups.
- Clear, flexible communication skills, especially when things are ambiguous or changing.
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with performance data and financials.
- A proactive mindset – spotting issues early and driving recommendations forward.
- The ability to build clear, structured recommendations and communicate them simply.
- Experience leading a team and keeping people engaged, supported, and developing.
