Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people and the B Corp seal of approval. Responsibilities
- Leading the financial business cases for innovation projects
- Bringing together marketing, commercial and supply teams to build clear, reliable P&Ls
- Presenting financial insights and “so what?” recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Partnering with marketing to review monthly performance across the portfolio
- Highlighting focus areas for our wider business review cycle
- Shaping long‑term portfolio plans across innovation and renovation
- Tracking progress against long‑range plans and suggesting course corrections
- Driving better tools, processes and ways of working to keep us improving
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of how a P&L works
- Experience in business partnering with commercial or marketing teams
- A knack for turning data into clear actions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell a simple, compelling financial story
- The confidence to influence and collaborate with teams who may have competing priorities
- A growth mindset and curiosity for doing things better
