Over the last few years, governance capabilities have grown across Product, Customer and Supply, with demand now expanding into other areas such as Finance.
While these capabilities are delivering real value, they've evolved independently and now need a common direction.

- Defining and evolving innocent's enterprise data governance framework, standards and ways of working.
- Creating clear ownership, stewardship and accountability models across our key business data.
- Building and leading a community of Data Owners and Data Stewards across the business.
- Bringing together people from different teams to create shared understanding, clear ownership and consistent ways of working around data.
- Driving improvements in data quality through meaningful measures, reporting and root-cause resolution.
- Embedding governance into major business and technology transformation programmes.
- Improving metadata, business definitions and data lineage so people can find, understand and trust the data they use.
- Shaping the roadmap for governance capabilities including data dictionaries, business glossaries, data quality monitoring and Master Data Management (MDM).
