We aim to show that it’s possible to be a successful business while caring for people and the planet, continuously improving in every way. That’s where this job comes in.

  5. Working with relevant teams to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements related to sustainability.
  6. Ownership of data tracking and reporting for sustainability metrics.

You'll have

  1. Solid sustainability experience, ideally from a top-tier FMCG company, or relevant climate and packaging expertise applicable to innocent’s challenges.
  2. A proven track record of managing a team and influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
  3. Self-motivation and enthusiasm to make a positive impact.
  4. Natural curiosity, consumer focus, and awareness of emerging ESG trends.
  5. Independence and resilience to work in a complex environment, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  6. A hands-on approach and willingness to handle all tasks, big and small.
  7. Excellent technical sustainability knowledge and experience.
  8. Experience in reporting complex data requirements.
  9. Maturity and confidence to work independently and influence others.
  10. Proactivity and the ability to deliver in a busy setting.
  11. Strong teamwork skills, engaging with cross-functional teams and partners.
  12. Creativity coupled with sustainability savvy.

You'll get

  1. The opportunity to be part of the small but impactful Force for Good team and contribute to our B-Corp journey.
  2. An exciting chance to influence the company’s long-term ESG strategies and positive impact.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, supporting everyone’s career growth and well-being. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and progress.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive rewards package including salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and other benefits like a day off on your birthday. Plus, free smoothies!
