Your responsibilities include developing and implementing sustainability strategies, managing data and reporting (especially carbon footprinting to the GHG Protocol), storytelling, collaborating on sustainable packaging, and working with our electric, carbon-neutral factory, \’the blender\’. You will also lead the Sustainability team to achieve our broad sustainability goals. This is a challenging role that will develop your leadership in sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and delivering innocence’s sustainability strategy, annual plans, and budgets.
- Engaging internally and communicating progress to staff.

- Proven leadership in managing sustainability teams and influencing stakeholders.
- A confident, passionate, and proactive approach.
- Curiosity about ESG trends and a consumer-focused mindset.

- A hands-on mentality and willingness to tackle all tasks.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in sustainability reporting.
- Ability to influence and work independently.

- The opportunity to be part of the small but impactful Force for Good team and contribute to our B-Corp journey.
- An influential role in shaping our ESG plans and making a positive operational impact.
We want innocent to be a great place to work, supporting your career growth and offering opportunities to explore new challenges.
In return, you\’ll receive a competitive salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, a day off on your birthday, and free smoothies.
We celebrate diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you’re interested, even if you don’t tick all boxes, we encourage you to apply. Act quickly, as we may close applications early if we receive many.
