What You'll Be Doing

We’re on the lookout for a Finance Manager - Customer Supply to partner our Customer Supply Operation teams. This is a new role to set-up and design the Financial customer supply function. In this role you will:

  • Help the Customer Supply team to understand the true cost of selling a product and moving them from our warehouses towards our customers.
  • Advise and steer your business stakeholders, and co-implement initiatives, to optimize our cost of sales.
  • Partner with the Head of Customer Supply, to navigate through local complexities and work towards an integrated ways of working with a consolidated view of costs, cost drivers and risks / opportunities.
  • Own the Customer Supply financial performance cycle, including the periodical close, risks / opportunities process, latest outlook and budget.
  • Oversee financial review and control of local finished goods inventory, utilizing ERP system D365.
  • Take ownership of parts of legal entities' trial balance.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial finance business partners and the supply finance team.

Whilst this role is currently full time, we are able to offer it on a 4 days part-time basis if required.

  • Able to analyse complex data and translate this into compelling stories.
  • Comfortable operating with incomplete information and making judgment calls when necessary.
  • Able to influence others with strong insights, and work collaboratively to our supply finance goals.
  • Drive process change to build effective finance tools.
