European Social Media & Owned Channels Expert (9 Month FTC)

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

What you\'ll be doing

Our Europe Social Media & Owned Channels Expert is a brand new role at innocent. This is a great chance to shape how our brand shows up online across the whole of Europe. You’ll set the vision, lead the strategy, and bring our digital presence to life through our website and owned social media channels. From creating standout content to driving performance, you’ll make sure our online voice is as fresh, engaging, and impactful as the drinks we make.

You’ll be:

  • A true digital native, with proven expertise in owned channels, website management, and social media marketing, ideally within FMCG and multi-market environments.
  • Someone who loves making things happen, turning strategy into action, and ideas into compelling content.
  • A confident communicator who knows how to navigate a matrix structure and bring people together across markets.
  • Passionate about storytelling, content creation, and using data and insight to drive results.
  • Skilled at navigating complex situations and adapting plans as priorities evolve.

You\'ll have

  • The vision and drive to lead a pan-European digital engagement strategy, bringing our brand to life across our website and social media channels.
  • The creativity to design content frameworks and guidelines that resonate with local audiences while staying true to our brand.
  • The analytical skills to track, measure, and optimise performance using tools like Google Analytics and Sprinklr.
  • The expertise to manage our website for exceptional UX, strong SEO, and high conversion, while overseeing social channels across both paid and organic activity.
  • The know-how to develop influencer and partnership guidelines that grow our reach and boost earned media.
  • The commitment to champion compliance and brand safety across all platforms, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

You\'ll get

  • Shape the voice of innocent across all social channels in Europe, guiding how our brand shows up and connects with millions.
  • Be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven culture that celebrates creativity, encourages ownership, and always does the right thing.
  • Work alongside talented teams from different markets and functions, learning from diverse perspectives.
  • Enjoy the best of both worlds, a London-based role with a truly European scope.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
