Ecommerce Account Manager

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Commercial team.

This is a great chance to take the lead on innocent’s ecommerce strategy and make sure our smoothies and juices look just as good online as they do on the shelf. You’ll play a big part in shaping how we show up in the digital world, driving growth across ecommerce and looking after two of our most important partners: Ocado and Amazon.

You’ll be

• Owning the overall ecommerce strategy for innocent and keeping us ahead in a fast-moving channel
• Leading joint business planning and commercial negotiations with Ocado and Amazon
• Spotting opportunities to grow our online presence and making them happen through brilliant execution
• Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and data teams to deliver plans that land beautifully online
• Managing and developing an Ecommerce Account Executive who reports to you

This role is all about combining sharp commercial thinking with ecommerce know-how, building strong relationships, and turning big ideas into reality.

You’ll have

• Proven experience in ecommerce account management, ideally within FMCG
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience handling joint business plans or high-value contracts
• A strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and online shopper behaviour
• A natural flair for building relationships and influencing across a wide range of stakeholders
• Leadership qualities to inspire and develop your team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the resilience to navigate challenges with confidence
