Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading Customer Supply through a series of transformational projects, delivering the change that is going to set up our supply chain for the future. You’ll be our representative on a number of vital projects, e.g., value chain, pallet optimisation, and others yet to be defined. You’ll also support any project where customer supply is involved.
  • Contributing to that transformation – whether by gathering and interrogating input from the rest of the team, holding others to account on delivery, or backfilling other responsibilities where project resource is limited.
  • You’ll also be the Continuous Improvement lead within Customer Supply – responsible for identifying and delivering efficiencies beyond those we’re already targeting.

You’ll have:

  • A strong understanding of forecasting, warehousing, logistics, and our customers – able to represent the particulars of these disciplines into technical projects simply and effectively.
  • A proven ability to deliver improvement through yourself and others, including the tenacity to drive change despite resistance. A motivated self-starter.
  • The authority to deliver through others and hold internal stakeholders accountable for project delivery.
  • An understanding of commercial, marketing, or other parts of the supply chain would be an advantage.
  • Understanding and experience of innocent’s project delivery framework.

You’ll get:

  • The opportunity to help shape the future of our supply chain and ensure customer supply is prioritized.
  • To see projects through to fruition, delivering tangible benefits that improve our service and reduce costs.
  • To collaborate with a wide range of teams in the business, understanding their work and helping them understand customer supply.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of things to make people feel at home and ensure everyone’s career develops as they wish. There are plenty of opportunities to try new things or advance further. In exchange for your contributions, you’ll receive a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and other perks like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies too.

We recognize that our drinkers come from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. At innocent, we want to be a place where everyone can thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t tick every box, if the role sounds right for you, we encourage you to apply. Get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we receive many applications.
