Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

And that’s where this job comes in.

What You\’ll Be Doing

The UK+ Operations team is looking for someone to manage some of our highest profile customers and lead a team, delivering brilliant commercial outcomes for the UK. You will be responsible for communicating with those customers with authority, confidence and integrity, and leading forecasting processes for UK+, contributing directly to the UK+ Service Level. You will lead the team in developing a voice of the customer program to keep the customer at the centre of the supply chain.

You’ll Have

  • Represent innocent externally – and operations internally – with authority and assuredness.
  • Manage significant customer forecasts, confident in your decisions and the impact they will have on the business.
  • Build brilliant relationships, with your customers but also your team.
  • Build a clear voice of the customer program to deliver top tier AGS scores.

You’ll Get

  • Working cross-functionally, across the supply chain, GTM teams and newly formed European customer supply team.
