We are looking for a strong commercial leader to step into the Head of Grocery role on a one-year MAT cover, with clear accountability for leading our grocery business over the next 12 months.

- Set direction for the Grocery team, build capability and confidence, and represent the company with our most significant customers.
- Drive clear, outcome-focused conversations at senior level, shape robust commercial plans, support the team to execute consistently with customers, unlock category opportunities together, and make tough trade-offs to ensure the business continues to win responsibly.
