At innocent, we might be a small drinks company, but we have big ambitions — to help people live well, create positive change, and bring people together. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and as we continue to grow across Europe, we’re looking for a People Systems Manager to join our team and shape the future of our people processes, systems, and analytics.
As our People Systems Manager, you’ll lead the charge in creating a seamless employee experience through smarter systems, simpler processes, and data-driven insights. You’ll:
- Act as the global owner for our HRIS system (Dayforce), driving improvements and optimisations across Europe.
- Lead the development and rollout of new system functionality, training, and documentation.
- Manage compliance with GDPR, pay reporting, IR35, and other key regulations.
- Create and deliver people analytics reports to support managers and leadership decisions.
- Support and develop our People Data & Systems Analyst, as well as our wider superuser community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to make change happen smoothly and successfully.
We want someone who is passionate about creating great employee experiences, loves simplifying processes, and enjoys making data work harder. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Hands‑on experience managing Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.
- A background in HR operations, systems, and compliance.
- Knowledge of UK employment law (and European practices a bonus).
- Analytical skills to turn data into insights and improvements.
- Confidence in leading change and building great stakeholder relationships.
- A collaborative approach, a bias for action, and a keen eye for continuous improvement.
Great opportunity to make change and improve the experience of all our employees across Europe. The autonomy to design and build our HR process, collaborating with key stakeholders. To work in a supportive environment that fosters learning from mistakes in pursuit of innovation.
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
