You will report into the Source to Pay manager and will be responsible for the tasks below for some of our Supply Chain entities, which include:

  • Creating new supplier records
  • Ownership of the mailbox for the entities and replying to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely supplier payments through the weekly payment run
  • Building sustainable relationships with our Purchase Order stakeholders to ensure efficient resolutions of issues
  • Running period end closing tasks for the Purchase Ledger
  • Performing weekly bank reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly compliance reports

you\'ll have

  • You are experienced in the world of Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can build great relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders across the business
  • You are great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what’s really important
  • You have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • You are happy to travel to our factory in Rotterdam for a few days once every 2 months
  • It\'d be a nice to have if you can speak Dutch. Don\'t let it stop you applying if you can\'t though.
