You will report into the Source to Pay manager and will be responsible for the tasks below for some of our Supply Chain entities, which include:
- Creating new supplier records
- Ownership of the mailbox for the entities and replying to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely supplier payments through the weekly payment run
- Building sustainable relationships with our Purchase Order stakeholders to ensure efficient resolutions of issues
- Running period end closing tasks for the Purchase Ledger
- Performing weekly bank reconciliations
- Preparing monthly and quarterly compliance reports
you\'ll have
- You are experienced in the world of Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can build great relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders across the business
- You are great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what’s really important
- You have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- You are happy to travel to our factory in Rotterdam for a few days once every 2 months
- It\'d be a nice to have if you can speak Dutch. Don\'t let it stop you applying if you can\'t though.
