About the company

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

About the role

This advert is for our Project Management talent pool. There isn’t an open role right now, but we regularly hire Project Managers at different levels and want to meet great people before we need them. If a suitable role comes up we’ll be in touch.

What you’ll be doing (depending on the role)

  • Managing projects from idea to delivery (and occasionally celebration)
  • Creating clear plans, timelines and ways of working
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams across marketing, supply chain, tech, finance and beyond
  • Tracking progress, risks, dependencies and budgets
  • Helping teams stay focused when priorities shift
  • Communicating updates in a way that makes sense to humans
  • Improving how we do project delivery over time

Senior roles may also include:

  • Leading complex programmes or multiple projects at once
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and decision‑making
  • Coaching or mentoring more junior Project Managers

Entry‑level roles may focus more on:

  • Supporting project delivery and governance
  • Learning project tools, methodologies and best practice
  • Building confidence working with stakeholders

What you’ll need

Again, this will vary depending on the role, but we’re generally looking for people who:

  • Enjoy organising work and bringing clarity to complexity
  • Communicate clearly, openly and with empathy
  • Are comfortable working with different teams and viewpoints
  • Can balance detail with the bigger picture
  • Take ownership and follow things through

For more senior roles we’ll also look for:

  • Proven experience delivering projects end‑to‑end
  • Confidence managing risk, ambiguity and change
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

What you’ll get

  • A role matched to your experience, whether you’re building your foundations in project delivery or leading complex initiatives
  • The chance to work on meaningful, cross‑functional projects from idea through to delivery
  • Clear expectations around ownership, accountability and ways of working
  • Exposure to different teams, disciplines and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Opportunities to develop your project management skills, confidence and impact over time
  • The space to improve how projects are run, not just deliver them

Benefits

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target‑based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

Our values

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same. At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
