INNO INSTRUMENT (UK) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Manager to oversee our UK business operations and provide administrative support for our German entity's liquidation process.

  • SCM & Logistics Management: Manage customer orders, verify lead times, and coordinate shipments. Prepare essential import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices (CI) and Packing Lists (PL). Oversee 3PL warehouse operations and manage real-time inventory using the Odoo ERP system. Coordinate with the headquarters for procurement and liaise between the technical team and customers regarding equipment repairs.
  • Finance & Accounting Support: Prepare daily reports for headquarters, including sales status and cash/inventory balances. Maintain and manage AR/AP (Accounts Receivable/Payable) lists on a weekly basis. Manage local bank accounts, execute wire transfers, and assist with payroll processing. Liaise with local accountants for monthly document submissions and support year-end closing for headquarters.
  • General Admin & German Entity Support: Handle general office administration, including procurement of supplies, mail management, and internal approval processes. Communicate with local government authorities and external vendors. Assist in the liquidation process, manage related documentation, and oversee final administrative closure.

Must have Permanent Residency in the UK. Fluency in both Korean and English (essential for business communication). 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, finance, or general administration preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).

Preferred Skills: Experience in managing or supporting multi-national entities within Europe (UK/Germany). Strong understanding of import/export customs procedures and documentation. Excellent communication skills with a meticulous approach to task management.

Location: Unit G10C, Frome Business Park, Manor Road, Frome BA11 4FN.

Employment Type: Full-time (includes a 3-month probationary period).

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
