The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
HG Recruitment are recruiting HGV 2 Drivers to work with our client based in Grays on a long term/temp-to-perm basis. You will be required to carry out multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods, with a maximum of 8 drops per day. You will be loading and unloading your vehicle using tail lift, ensuring deliveries are carried out safely on a day to day basis.
Pay Rates
- Days (Sunday – Saturday, 06:00 – 17:59)
- Standard: £16.05 (incl. holiday: £17.98)
- Overtime (after 40 hours): £24.08 (incl. holiday: £26.98)
- Super Weekend: £32.10 (incl. holiday: £35.97)
- Bank Holiday: £40.13 (incl. holiday: £44.97)
- Standard: £18.20 (incl. holiday: £20.39)
- Overtime (after 40 hours): £25.80 (incl. holiday: £28.91)
- Super Weekend: £34.40 (incl. holiday: £38.55)
- Bank Holiday: £43.00 (incl. holiday: £48.19)

The Requirements
- HGV 2 license; New Pass welcome but 6 months desirable
- HGV 2 licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
- Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
- A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Customer focused attitude
