HG Recruitment is partnering with a respected manufacturing client. We are looking for an enthusiastic Glasshouse & Packhouse Section Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and motivating a team of operatives to deliver high-quality tulip harvesting in a modern glasshouse facility.
Overview
The Section Manager will coach and train the team, make effective use of specialist equipment (such as the Bench System and Furora machinery), and own quality, efficiency, and health & safety, setting high standards and leading by example every day.

- Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of glasshouse operatives.
- Maintaining customer quality standards with regular checks and improvements.
- Overseeing safe, efficient use of equipment (training provided if needed).
- Monitoring performance, optimising workflows, and keeping production on track.
- Embedding a safety-first culture and addressing risks proactively.
