About the role
We are looking for a confident, organised and approachable Property Sales Administrator to join our busy estate agency team. This is a varied, client-facing role involving communication with buyers and sellers, coordinating property viewings and appointments, supporting property marketing and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with clients, managing multiple tasks and working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to property enquiries
- Arranging property viewings, valuations and appointments
- Contacting prospective buyers to obtain feedback following viewings
- Keeping clients updated throughout the property sales process
- Conducting property viewings, where appropriate
- Supporting the management of the firm's social media channels
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Providing general administrative support to the property team
- Assisting with other duties as required
About you
- Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Be comfortable using social media and digital platforms
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
Previous experience within an estate agency, property sales, administration or a customer-facing role would be beneficial, although applications will be considered based on relevant skills and experience.
