We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor at Innes & MacKay, you will take on a diverse and engaging caseload that includes:
- Advising clients on and preparing Wills tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
- Guiding clients through the setup and management of Powers of Attorney, ensuring their interests are safeguarded.
- Managing Executries with sensitivity and efficiency, providing expert guidance during challenging times.
The position is primarily on-site at our welcoming Inverness office, but hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Have 2+ years of post-qualification experience (NQE), with a strong focus on Private Client work.
- Be confident handling a varied workload with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care with empathy and professionalism.
