We have an exciting opportunity for a RICS qualified Building Surveyor with broad commercial property experience who is looking to develop their career in the East Midlands.

ABOUT THE VACANCY

We have an exciting opportunity for a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy department on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a team member ideally with experience of dilapidations, acquisition and condition surveys, project management and project monitoring although all of these are not essential. The successful candidate will work alongside company directors, qualified surveyors and junior staff within the wider team. You will be supported in continuing professional development necessary to meet mandatory requirements and also to pursue any relevant specialisms.

LOCATION

You’ll be primarily based in our Nottingham office, but will have opportunities to support our other offices in Derby, Leicester and Birmingham from time to time. Work within the team tends to be East Midlands focussed but our long-established client base including some National household names sometimes takes us further afield within the UK.

ROLE

You’ll be an energetic, trustworthy and client-focused person with good interpersonal skills, adaptable across a broad range of instructions and able to work to deadlines. You’ll also need to hold a full driving licence. Experience of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
