Innes Associates is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant for its London-based studio. Innes Associates is a lively studio with a friendly and creative team and a growing reputation. We are looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join our project teams and help shape our future. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on several exciting projects across all RIBA stages, be given responsibility in a small and growing practice and take the next steps in their career.
Our work includes education, housing and public buildings. We are committed to pursuing good, sustainable design and making a positive difference to people’s lives. Our current projects include new schools, museums, social housing and work with listed buildings.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in drawing, a can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
The Position Requires:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
- High level of design competency and ambition to develop as a professional
- Good understanding and familiarity with UK planning and building regulations (experience working on UK-based architectural projects is desirable)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
