The Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will help coordinate service activities, support customers and engineers, maintain accurate records, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks across the business. Working alongside our existing administration team, you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day service operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service and maintenance activities for the engineering team.
- Liaise with customers regarding appointments, updates, and enquiries.
