The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will travel to customer sites throughout the UK conducting servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Innerva equipment. You will diagnose faults, provide technical solutions, maintain service records, and build strong relationships with customers while representing the Innerva brand. This is a varied role offering a combination of hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and opportunities to help improve service processes as our business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and repair equipment at customer sites across the UK.
  • Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of service operations and processes.

About You

  • Essential Experience in a field service, maintenance, or engineering role.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills for reporting and record keeping.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to manage workload independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Desirable
  • Experience with rehabilitation, fitness, medical or electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Experience using CRM or service management software.
