The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, excels at turning briefs into production-ready assets with speed and accuracy, and thrives in a variable-workload model where reliability and responsiveness are prioritized over conceptual ideation.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and version existing creative templates for static digital, social, and light AV/motion assets
- Ensure all work adheres strictly to provided brand guidelines and template systems
- Prepare and package "ready-to-go" artwork for review and delivery with 100% technical accuracy (specs, color profiles, file types)
- Efficiently incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet objectives
- Support testing and versioning workflows, including file preparation for internal review
- Manage fluctuating workloads – delivering core guaranteed hours while flexing additional time during peak periods
- Maintain clear communication regarding availability, progress, and blockers
- Operate independently with minimal day-to-day oversight while staying aligned with priorities
