The Teacher CPD Academy is a key part of that mission—our online platform providing high-quality, research-based training to teachers around the world.
About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join InnerDrive in a senior role. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to lead the next phase of growth for our Teacher CPD Academy. You will take ownership of its day-to-day running and long-term strategic direction. You will be responsible for project managing content development, maintaining high standards of delivery, leading a small talented team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our partner schools and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the development and delivery of CPD modules and events, managing timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support our internal team and external collaborators (e.g., designers, contributors, speakers).
- Client Communication: Oversee and manage communication for schools using the CPD Academy. Ensure excellent service, address client queries, and build strong relationships.
- Platform Development: Work with our tech team and partners to continually improve the user experience of the CPD platform.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality across all content, ensuring it is research-informed, practical, and engaging.
- Sales and Marketing: Work closely with InnerDrive’s Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to ensure the growth and promotion of the Teacher CPD Academy.
Person Specification:
We are big believers in the importance of attitude over experience. If you are someone who wants to work hard, learn and be part of an exceptional team, then we want to hear from you. Skills and traits we really value are:
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- A clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person
- Detail-oriented, with a high bar for quality and accuracy
- A supportive and motivating team leader
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about education, CPD, and evidence-informed practice
- Experienced in managing or curating digital content or online learning platforms (desirable but not essential, so don’t be put off if this isn’t you, as we can provide guidance)
What We Offer:
- A meaningful role in a growing organisation
- A chance to make a big difference in the world, at scale
- A friendly, collaborative team environment
- Autonomy to make the role your own, but with great guidance and support along the way
- Opportunities for professional development
- A chance to shape one of the most exciting teacher CPD platforms in the world
