Through its Holosomatic® certified training in Breathwork, Bodywork, and Self-Healing, InnerCamp equips facilitators and therapists with evidence-based tools to foster safe and lasting transformation.

This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Sound Engineer supporting our onsite Events on the UK Tour. The key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, operating, and dismantling audio equipment.
  • Managing microphones and maintaining audio quality.
  • Ensuring immersive sound design for the events.
  • Collaborating with the team to provide a seamless and transformative audio experience for attendees.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the events.

Tasks include:

  • Set up and test all audio equipment, specifically for a silent disco format.
  • Integrate and manage the presenter’s provided mixer.
  • Ensure the seamless operation and proper gain staging of the lead presenter’s wireless microphone set.
  • Operate a custom Ableton Live session provided for the backing tracks.
  • Diligently follow a show running script to make accurate and timely changes to the backing tracks.
  • Maintain flexibility and attention to detail, taking live cues from the presenter for any slight, unscripted track changes or transitions during the show.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of the presenter’s equipment (e.g., mixer, laptop, etc.) before and after each show.
  • Manage the distribution, collection, and basic cleaning/care of all wireless headphones used by event participants.

The event combines focused meditation/breathwork with backing tracks to create an immersive experience.
