Trainee Enforcement Agent Bailiff (Full time)

The position is a full time PAYE Enforcement Agent/Bailiff role in Manchester working for one of the leading debt recovery enforcement companies in the UK. There is a basic wage of between £25,400 and £27,365 and uncapped commission, bonuses and overtime, with a realistic OTE of between £30,000 to £50,000.

No bailiff experience is needed, you will be trained and the training is completely free. However, there are exciting opportunities for already certificated EA’s to join the growing team as well.

YOU MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE (held for at least 2 years). A company vehicle will be provided as well as a fuel card.

Background experience within the following is ideal:

• Door security manager, close protection, maritime security
• Police
• Military (Air force, Army, Navy)
• HMP prison (Prison officer)

In addition, any background where you have to deal with people and difficult situations.

Candidates need to be disciplined, confident, persuasive and enjoy a challenging environment.

Overview:

• Achievable bonus level of at least double your basic salary, with opportunities for earnings in excess of this for consistently exceptional performance.
