- Support with medication in accordance with care plans and training.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
- Carry out light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
- Promote clients' independence, dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
- Monitor clients' health and report any concerns or changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate daily care records and follow individual care plans.
