You’ll work full-time in a busy kitchen under experienced chefs while training for a nationally recognised qualification.

No prior experience is required; the apprenticeship is delivered on the job with a mentor, a mix of face-to-face and remote coaching, and progression opportunities as you learn.

Your working week includes shifts, evenings, weekends and bank holidays; the programme lasts 15
