The Senior Communications and Research Officer is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Communications Officer. The role focuses on communicating complex issues relating to antisemitism to a wide audience through clear, accurate, and engaging content. Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality, journalistic-style articles covering a wide range of topics, including current affairs, policy, and incidents related to antisemitism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, providing timely information and research support.
- Create and manage content for multiple social media platforms, engaging a large and active audience.
- Develop accessible scripts and concepts for digital and video content in collaboration with creative colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of innovative public awareness campaigns.
- Draft and submit complaints to media organisations and regulators where editorial standards are not met.
- Respond to enquiries from members of the public in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with researchers, academics, and polling organisations to analyse trends and communicate findings effectively.
