Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in ensuring our Inn feels like a home away from home for guests. You will lead the team, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in driving the Inn’s daily operations
- Lead the team to deliver company standards and produce a positive working atmosphere
- Manage shift operations in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- Handle administrative tasks, including stocktake, ordering, and account management
- Liaise with chefs, management, and suppliers
- Respond to guest enquiries and, when required, oversee occasional sleepovers and event responses
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve impactful results
