· Previous Duty management / Head of department experience of a three or four star Hotel.
· High standards of service and presentation
· Lead from the front with a hands on approach
· Excellent people management skills and Team spirit
· Good eye for detail.
· Highly committed
· Be fully flexible in your working approach.
· An ability to work to under pressure.
· An ability to work to deadlines
· Computer literate, with proven experience of managing and operating Hotel systems.
