Overview
In this role you drive commercial growth across Iberia as the company shifts to a direct-to-market model. You’ll oversee multiple brands, manage channel partners, and optimize account performance and brand visibility in retail networks. You will forecast sales, identify new opportunities, and coordinate cross-brand efforts to maximize market impact. This position suits a self-driven sales leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-brand environment and travels across Spain and Portugal to execute strategy.

Responsibilities
- Territory Management—define and execute the Spain–Portugal strategy for sustainable growth across all brands
- Channel Partner Management—nurture retail partner relationships aligned with brand objectives
- Account Management—lead key accounts, conduct business reviews, drive category performance
- Brand Visibility—coordinate in-store and online activation, merchandising, and promotions
- Sales Forecasting—generate forecasts, reports, and market insights for planning
- New Business Development—spot and pursue new channels and partners
- Cross‑Brand Coordination—balance focus across multiple brands
- Market Intelligence—monitor competitors, pricing trends, and category developments
Key requirements
- Minimum mid-high level sales experience within the music industry
- Strong understanding of Spanish and Portuguese channel partners
- Proven experience managing multiple brands across account management and brand visibility
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver commercial results
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Fluent Spanish; English required; Portuguese advantageous
