- Financial Reporting

- Ensure precise and timely submission of all statutory, HMRC, ONS, and other required financial information.
- Conduct ad‑hoc reporting and analysis tasks as needed, including capital appraisal and pricing decisions, contributing valuable insights to strategic financial planning.
- Oversee company secretarial tasks, including Companies House filings, ensuring all legal obligations are met promptly and accurately.
- Team Management
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Address conflicts and challenges within the team promptly, implementing effective resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualified accountant with a proven track record in Finance Leadership roles, showcasing expertise in managing teams and implementing transformative Finance projects.
- Experience in leading change and transition initiatives, driving continuous improvements and step‑change projects.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus, highlighting proficiency in leveraging technology for financial excellence.
- This position will require travel to our offices across Europe occasionally.
