We are looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to coordinate the planning, prioritization, and delivery of creative and marketing initiatives across the in Music portfolio.
This role serves as the operational hub of the Creative Services organization, ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through delivery while maintaining alignment between stakeholders, creative teams, and business priorities.
The successful candidate combines exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and practical problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What You'll Do Manage the intake, planning, scheduling, and delivery of creative and marketing projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate project kickoffs, define scope, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment around deliverables and timelines.
Maintain visibility of project status, priorities, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Coordinate communication between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, product teams, and leadership.
Build and maintain project management processes, workflows, reporting structures, and tooling that improve team effectiveness.
Identify risks, blockers, and competing priorities before they impact project delivery.
Help establish consistent project management standards across Creative Services and the broader marketing organization.
What You Bring Experience managing creative, marketing, content, digital, product, or cross-functional business projects.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Experience using project management methodologies, workflows, and collaboration tools.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
Experience supporting creative, agency, content, design, or marketing teams is advantageous.
