Join the inMusic team as a Software Developer specializing in C++ for Pro Audio! In this exciting role, you\’ll collaborate with our diverse global team of engineers, testers, and sound designers to create some of the most acclaimed virtual instruments, music creation software, and performance tools in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

You\’ll be developing C++-based software applications for Linux, Mac, and Windows, all while contributing to a dynamic, agile environment. This position collaborates closely with Product Owners and Product Designers to define product requirements and timelines. Furthermore, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting the Quality Assurance team by exploring new processes and tools, enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and enjoyment of the product delivery cycle.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements:

1. Proficient in modern C++ with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience
2. Skilled in object-oriented architecture and design principles
3. Dedicated, self-driven, and focused on delivering quality work
4. Passionate about creating exceptional products and eager to contribute!
5. Fluent in spoken English and possesses strong writing skills
6. Holds a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification

Nice to have:

1. Experience in cross-platform development on Windows, Mac, and Linux
2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP
3. Proficient in test-driven development and unit testing
4. Skilled in multi-threaded programming
5. A background in music, including live performance, studio work, or DJing
6. Knowledge of VST, AU, RTAS, and AAX standards
7. Hands-on experience in the audio application development industry
8. Demonstrated proficiency with the Juce library
9. Capable of designing exceptional user interfaces while considering user workflows
