About the role The Product Manager role within PIVOTAL & THE OUT is a hands-on and dynamic one, focused on delivering new customer-centric capabilities and enhancing existing solutions to meet the evolving needs of both businesses. A detailed understanding of Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as integration techniques is essential, as this role leverages these platforms to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions. Capabilities may include, but are not limited to, digital onboarding, KYC, case/channel/knowledge management and customer apps. The Product team within PIVOTAL & THE OUT is small and highly collaborative, so the role is broad, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the product lifecycle. The Product Manager will work closely with a team of developers and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and oversee implementation. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating impactful customer-facing solutions. Although this role is mainly based from home, there is a requirement for occasional travel to our offices in central London (Old Street). Requirements Key Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and oversee the development of new customer capabilities and enhancements to existing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, designers, and developers, to gather requirements, align goals and manage expectations. Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into actionable user stories and oversee the Agile DevOps process, ensuring smooth delivery. Leverage Salesforce and GCP expertise to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions. Conduct relevant market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for improvement. Manage the product lifecycle, maintain capability-specific roadmaps, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and advocating for exceptional user experiences. Develop and maintain product documentation and present updates to stakeholders.Skills & Experience Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and GCP, with expertise in integrations and system design. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Leadership skills to influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
