Pivotal members can subscribe to the latest Jaguar and Land Rover models for as little as three months. With one monthly payment, everything is taken care of.
At THE OUT, we’ve reinvented luxury car rental. We deliver world‑class Jaguar Land Rover vehicles directly to your door. Whether it's a spontaneous weekend getaway or a business trip, we promise hassle‑free, first‑class service from start to finish.

As a key member of our team, you will need to be extremely organised and able to work on your own initiative to find partnerships that match our strategic direction. This includes developing short and long term roadmap, market research to discover new avenues, prospecting possible partners and attending in person meetings to onboard and performance manage the partners inline with business revenue targets.
We are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience in the direct selling of vehicle leasing and/or vehicle rental. This role is based from home with the requirement for frequent face to face interactions with active and prospective partners.
What does a Member Eligibility Advisor do?
- Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service is provided to all prospective and active Pivotal customers when completing their eligibility checks.
- Communicate accurately and clearly regarding the result of the completed eligibility checks and next steps.
- Prioritise and process customer requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message.
- Ensure all targets are met, customer processes are followed and communicated to in a timely manner.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer eligibility records.
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
- Development of processes to deliver great customer care and provide a modern luxury service.
- Work as part of the broader onboarding team to drive positive company sales results.
