At THE OUT, we deliver all our rental cars to customers in London and occasionally across the UK. Our drivers help customers understand how to use the cars, from pairing their phones with the onboard Bluetooth to understanding the best way to charge them.
We are now looking for flexible drivers based in and around London. We're looking for a mix of driving, customer service, and brand representation.
Contract
This is a Freelance, Self-employed Zero Hour Contract role. You decide when you want to work and how many deliveries you want to do. Deliveries take place during our operating hours: Monday to Sunday. Busiest periods are Friday – Saturday & Sunday - Monday.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and collection of luxury cars across London and surrounding areas.
- Checking cars are in immaculate condition pre- and post-rental.
- Provide excellent customer service with outstanding professionalism.
- Maintain record logs to ensure a smooth running of operations.
Candidates We Are Looking For
- Comfortable using apps on mobile devices.
- Loves to engage with customers and delivers outstanding levels of service.
- Takes ownership of customer needs and complaints.
- Is passionate and knowledgeable about the cars.
- Can drive safely in dense urban areas and has experience driving large vehicles.
- Has good communication and time management skills.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Is flexible to work on weekends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years - No Endorsements.
- Previous customer service experience for a Luxury brand is desirable.
- Successful applicants will be required to consent to a disclosure and barring service check (DBS).
