Overview
Driver Representative (Freelance), THE OUT – London. Flexible, freelance role based in and around London. The driver is responsible for delivering luxury cars to customers, helping them understand how to use the car, and representing the THE OUT brand with professional, customer-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and collection of luxury cars across London and surrounding areas
- Check cars are in immaculate condition pre- and post-rental
- Provide excellent customer service with outstanding professionalism
- Maintain record logs to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Mix of driving, customer service, and brand representative skills
- Comfortable using apps on mobile devices
- Loves to engage with customers and delivers outstanding levels of service
- Takes ownership of customer needs and complaints
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the cars
- Can drive safely in dense urban areas and has experience driving large vehicles

- Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years – No Endorsements
