About the role
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play an important role in supporting both brands. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. A core focus of the role is supporting customers throughout their contract, including proactively following up on outstanding invoices and negotiating timely payments. Alongside this, you will support a range of administrative and operational tasks across the team, helping to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is mainly remote, with occasional visits to our Old Street (London) office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving queries quickly and considerately
- Monitoring payments and chasing overdue customer invoices
- Supporting departmental tasks such as invoice updates and processing third-party charges
- Keeping clear and accurate records
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
- A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
- Someone proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling payment conversations and resolving issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a benefit, but not essential)
