InMotion Ventures 3 brings together two brands, PIVOTAL and THE OUT, with a shared mission to reshape the future of vehicle usership and redefine the automotive client experience. The two brands operate as distinct entities and you will be working across both to revolutionise the way people access and experience luxury automotive services.
The role supports PIVOTAL's car subscription model or THE OUT's luxury rental service, delivering high standards of customer experience and brand representation.
Location focus: Castle Bromwich and Leicester (MVS Bruntingthorpe) area. Deliveries and customer interactions occur Midlands-wide and occasionally across the UK.
This is a Freelance, Self-employed Zero Hour Contract role. You decide when you want to work and how many deliveries you want to do. Jobs are released daily through our Driver app. Deliveries and collections take place during operating hours Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery and collection of luxury cars across Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Checking cars are in immaculate condition pre- and post-rental
- Provide excellent customer service with outstanding professionalism
- Maintain record logs to ensure a smooth running of operations
Candidate profile:
- Comfortable using apps on mobile devices
- Loves to engage with customers and deliver outstanding service
- Takes ownership of customer needs and complaints
- Is passionate and knowledgeable about the cars
- Can drive safely in dense urban areas and has experience driving large vehicles
- Has good communication and time management skills
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Is flexible to work on weekends
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years
- Previous customer service experience for a Luxury brand is desirable
- Successful applicants will be required to consent to a basic disclosure and barring service check (DBS)
As this role involves more than ‘just’ driving nice cars, we are looking for people with positive, customer-friendly attitudes. Individuals who go above and beyond what they’re asked. We are especially looking for people from luxury hospitality and customer service roles.
