InMoment, a leading provider of Experience Improvement solutions, is seeking an Account Growth Specialist to focus on expanding relationships with our existing clients in the EMEA region. In this role, you will help customers unlock deeper insights and enable the actions to improve their customer experiences, ultimately driving their success and new revenue growth for InMoment. You will partner closely with clients to understand their business priorities – strategy and key initiatives, identify opportunities for upselling & cross selling, and through collaboration with our success and retention teams ensure they continue to derive maximum value from our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in growing existing accounts within the SaaS industry, specifically in customer experience or related fields., * Manage and nurture key accounts: Serve as the main commercial point of contact for existing clients, cultivating strong, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders, product owners, and key decision-makers.

  • Drive account expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services or features by engaging with multiple stakeholders across different lines of business, starting with CX, Customer Service / Contact Center, Marketing, and Revenue leaders.

  • Build and manage Territory and Account plans that demonstrate your knowledge on customer needs, InMoment whitespace and key actions to further our relationships

  • Work with Marketing and other Demand Generation departments to meet or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline goals

  • Qualify and run effective sales processes with MEDDPICC (to be trained on this and have ongoing coaching)

  • Know your product and be able to showcase it at a high level

  • Achieve revenue growth targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new revenue goals by expanding usage and subscriptions, and cross selling new solutions within existing accounts. Sales reporting: Track and report on key growth metrics, forecasts, and client health using systems like Salesforce.

  • Sales Execution: Whether it be territory or account planning, pipeline generation, qualification, sales process or forecasting, this role needs strong mindset and skills across all core sales competencies.

  • Problem-solving with creativity: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions for clients.

  • Industry and Domain knowledge: Experience with customer experience (CX) is highly preferred coming in, but then a thirst to learn to Stay informed: Keep up to date on InMoment’s platform developments, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to better serve and advise clients.

  • Provide insights and recommendations: Use data-driven insights from client interactions and performance metrics to recommend product enhancements, features, or strategies that improve the overall customer experience. Collaborative spirit: Ability to work across teams and departments to find and deliver the best outcomes for clients. An example might be collaboration with marketing to run awareness and demand generation campaigns into targeted accounts, or with Solution Engineers and Product teams to tailor value propositions to win new revenue, InMoment’s Experience Improvement (XI) approach goes beyond traditional customer experience (CX) management and combines data, technology and industry expertise.
