About the Role

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Representative to cover the South East of England, selling market-leading equipment to the Demolition & Recycling industries.

This is a field-based role with regular travel, where you’ll be meeting existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term relationships.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. All the tools you need — including a company car, laptop, phone, and equipment — will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions on Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of the Demolition & Recycling industries (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Full UK driving licence
