The Role
As a Senior Digital Designer, you’ll craft digital email & app experiences that wow people at first glance – personalised visuals, bespoke animations, cinematic email hero assets, and creative concepts that turn customers into fans.
You’ll work closely with our Founder, Creative Director and Design Team to bring personalised ideas to life through premium, polished design, and also work directly with clients – taking briefs, shaping ideas, presenting concepts, and guiding stakeholders through the creative vision.

- Iconic “name in scene” visuals for major brand campaigns
- Storyboard frames for personalised animations
- High‑end layouts and design systems for client deliverables

Every day, you’ll help shape the look and feel of experiences that generate millions in revenue for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design across client projects from concept to final delivery
- Craft personalised imagery that aligns with brand photography and guidelines
- Create animated assets
- Translate concepts into polished visuals clients love
- Work closely with our internal team to scale personalised production
- Present ideas, concepts and storyboards directly to clients
- Take briefs and help shape them into creative solutions
- Maintain a high creative bar and push boundaries on what’s possible
- Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, pitches and experiments
- Required
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
- Real attention to detail – typographic, visual, and conceptual
- Confident communicator: able to present ideas clearly and handle client conversations
- Curiosity about personalisation, automation or AI tools
- Nice‑to‑Haves
- Agency background (not essential, but beneficial)
- Solid understanding of Figma
- Experience in CRM, email, or digital content creation
- Illustration, 3D or photography skills
Who You Are
- A visual storyteller who values emotion + craft
- Someone who wants their work to be felt, not just “delivered”
- Proactive, collaborative, and excited to experiment
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at pace
- Proud of producing beautiful, premium visuals consistently
- Confident in front of clients without being “agency‑slick”
- Working at Inlights
- Hybrid role: work‑from‑home + our Manchester studio or office‑first if you prefer
- A chance to create work seen by millions of customers
- Join a small, fast‑growth, high‑impact creative team
