Introduction

Inlex Locking Ltd is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Maintenance Apprentice.

You will work alongside fully qualified engineers and gain hands‑on experience.

You will learn how to identify the root causes of faults, assist with breakdowns and repairs, carry out routine maintenance, and much more.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure equipment availability is in line with department targets.
  • Engage in root cause analysis of repeat/major breakdowns and provide reports with suggested improvement.
  • Ensure Health, safety and environmental procedures are followed during electrical activities.
  • Attend training when required and adhere to Anochrome Group standards.
  • Facilitate the PPM schedules and recommend improvements.
  • Apply 5's methodology in work areas and the wider factory.
  • Training Outcome

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full‑time position available as a Maintenance Engineer.
