We are seeking a talented Commis Waiter to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Commis Waiters are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.
Our ideal Commis Waiter demonstrates:
- Experience as a Commis Waiter in a highly dynamic restaurant
- A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential)
